P.U.P Complex Sp. z o.o. start up - the company is entered into the RHB Commercial Register. Complex Sp. z o.o.
April 1989
Lease of a plot for a production plant in Trzebuń. Commencement of activities aimed at the renovation of ocean-going ships in Gdańsk. The crisis on the Polish shipping market made the company focus more and more on the production of wooden products.
February 1990
Start of production in the timber plant in Trzebuń. The first production line is based mainly on railway sleepers and square timber. Headquarters move to ul. Abrahama 1A in Gdańsk, in the building of the Maritime Institute.
August 1990
Change of the company's headquarters to its own property located at Kościuszki Street in Gdańsk.

The activity begins with the third Timber Plant in Borkowo, which specializes in wooden structures built on the basis of Mitek's barbed tiles.
Year 2011
Commencement of a new investment - construction of a gluing hall on the premises of the factory in Dziemiany.
